As we provide digital services such as access to AI chat via subscriptions, we generally do not offer refunds after the service has been accessed or used. However, we strive to ensure you have a positive experience with Deep-Seek.chat.

2. Refund Eligibility:

Refunds will be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Technical Issues: If you encounter a major technical issue that prevents you from accessing the service and we are unable to resolve the issue in a reasonable timeframe.
  • Billing Errors: If incorrect charges have been applied to your account, you may request a refund or adjustment.

Please note: Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days from the date of payment. After this period, refund requests will not be accepted.

  • A description of the issue or reason for the refund request.

Once we have received your request, we will investigate the issue and notify you of the outcome. Please allow up to 2 business days for us to process your request. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your payment provider.

4. No Refund Policy for Used Services:

Once you have accessed or used the service, we do not offer refunds unless one of the above exceptions applies. This includes:

  • Used subscription credits.
  • Conversations processed through the platform.

5. Cancellations:

You may cancel your subscription at any time, and you will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle. No refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle after cancellation, but automatic renewal of your subscription will be stopped.

6. Technical Issues and Refunds:

If you experience a technical issue preventing you from using the service, and the fault is on our side, we will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. If we are unable to fix the problem within 3 business days, you may request a full refund. We will verify the issue promptly and take immediate action.
